With some exceptions, all orders placed during our opening hours are prepared and then sent from our premises near Lyon within 24/48 hours maximum.

Delivery by Delivengo easy within 15 days - 14,00 €
Express home delivery – France
Delivery made by Chronopost before 1pm the next day if the order is placed before 2pm - €25.00
Returns & Exchanges
All our pieces can be returned from France and abroad within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned pieces must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned with their original label and pouch. Shipping costs are at your expense unless exchanged. Refund within 10 days after receiving your items.
Delivery methods
The PRODUCTS will be sent to the delivery address you have indicated during the ORDER process, at the latest on the checkout page. All deliveries will be announced to you by email.
An invoice will be available in each package.
Delivery times
Delivery takes place between 48 hours and 15 days depending on the destination and the carrier chosen. Each delivery will be deemed to have been made as soon as the PRODUCT has been made available to you, by the postal service or by the carrier. In the event of a delay in delivery, please contact us by email at support@storiatipic.com or contact the carrier directly.
In any event and in accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of a delay of more than 7 days, and not due to force majeure, you may cancel your ORDER by sending us a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 60 working days, to the address indicated in Article 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the event that you have received the PRODUCT after your cancellation, we will refund it as soon as it is returned to our premises in a permanent state of sale.
Transportation and liability
STORIATIPIC reserves the choice of carrier.
The risks of transport are at your expense from the time the PRODUCT leaves our warehouse.
You are required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the PRODUCT delivered, and to express any reservations on the carrier's delivery note, if necessary. In this case, and if the return of the PRODUCTS is accepted as indicated in articles 11 and 12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the return costs will be reimbursed to you (basic rate in force)
