Dear Customer, Dear Partner,

In this time of crisis, Team Panda and I would like to express our solidarity and understanding in the crucial moments we are all experiencing.

For almost two weeks, and at our level, we have obviously taken a number of measures to, first of all, preserve the health of our employees and their families, identify and implement all the measures to ensure the continuity of our company. We also use communication tools that allow us to continue to exchange and think together about what the future will be like every day.

I would personally like to assure our customers and partner stores that we are doing everything possible to ensure the future of our activities by focusing on the creation of our future collections of scarves, bags and ready-to-wear. Our desire is to do everything possible to offer you products that you will be proud to sell and wear as soon as the activity resumes. They will have a special meaning for all of us.

It is also time to think collectively and adapt. Our lives are turned upside down both personally and professionally. It is with this in mind that we put all our knowledge, skills and contacts to good use in order to help and support our entire distribution network and in particular through advice, feedback, if necessary, specific support measures to spread the risks and avoid at all costs a "domino effect" in the "chain" that unites us.

We are all very affected by the closure of the shops, but despite this, we are deeply convinced that together, Customers, Shops, Salespeople, Suppliers, Service Providers will be able to overcome this difficult moment.  To all those who love our products, continue to support our stores by following their news on social networks, by consulting their online sales sites, by calling them directly to show them your solidarity.

I am also very touched to see that many of you follow us and relay our information, especially on social networks. Team Panda always appreciates your messages, comments, and shares. Carry on. It gives us a lot of energy and I want to thank you for it.

It is very important in these moments to be united. Our goal is clear: "To hold together by imagining the future collectively."
